FLEX SEAL™ Liquid is a thick rubberized liquid that you can brush, roll, dip or pour. It starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a strong, flexible, watertight, rubberized coating that protects and helps stop leaks fast.

Blocks out air, water and moisture preventing rust and corrosion, while creating a watertight seal that lasts for years
Unlike thin paints FLEX SEAL™ Liquid is super thick and creates a flexible barrier that is completely waterproof
Mildew and chemical resistant

Excess or spilled product can be cleaned up with a dry cloth or paper towel and mineral spirits
